Biography

Born in Barcelona 1946. Having completed his studies in 1966, Domingo spent several years illustrating numerous books and other publications and in 1971 he became sub-editor of an art magazine in Madrid.

Whilst living in Madrid, he explored the techniques of pastel painting and was very successful in selling his work to galleries in and around the City and later in Southern France. During this time he began to develop an authoritative style and composition in the use of pastels, using a toned paper as an integral part of the background to his subject. His work quickly became recognised as being of exceptional quality and with his paintings selling with continual success, in 1975 he resigned from the magazine and became fully professional.

Domingo's work is now collected and appears alongside many other contemporary artists of standing who are distinguished painters in their own right. In the past five years, his work has appreciated considerably and he is now able to name his own price

Peter Clayton is a self-taught artist. He was born in Preston, Lancashire in 1944.

In his childhood drawing and painting was a serious hobby. When Peter was in his early teens he succeeded in winning several television art competitions.

He was encouraged to continue his work and exhibit it in local galleries.

Peter Claytons later work included a series of greetings cards, hand tinted prints and private commissions.

Painting in oils and watercolours, Peters work covers a wide range of subjects, including landscapes of rural England past and present.

Biography

Margaret lived and trained in Rotherham Yorkshire then at Bromley College of Art in Kent and was an art teacher for many years in South Yorkshire.

She has had several exhibitions throughout the North of England with her pictures featured in regional and national magazines. Commissions have included book illustrations, designs for greeting cards and prints for the York Theatre Royal restoration fund.

Working mainly in watercolour Margaret is an accomplished and well-respected artist who is always developing new ideas. Much of her current work has evolved from the enjoyment of observing people and their surroundings; remembering the pace and detail of growing up in the 1940's-50's she has produced a number of limited edition prints depicting family life from the post war period. Margaret's prints are limited to single editions of five hundred copies and several of her prints have now sold out.

Margaret and her husband Mac now live in Worksop in Nottinghamshire where they have their publishing company.
